Comment: My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Ben Shoveller of the Golfi Team as we set out to purchase our first home. Ben was always available to answer our many questions throughout the process and worked well with us to figure out how we would find our first home in a seller’s market.We saw many homes together, and he paid attention to what we did and didn’t like, and helped us to develop what were our must-haves, and how we could picture our lives in each home. Ben was excellent at planning showings of 5-6 houses at a time, often only a few hours notice. From there he was excellent in helping us come up with offer strategies for multiple homes and did an excellent job to manage our expectations and help us stay motivated.Buying our first home was a daunting and intimidating process, but thanks to Ben we were in our first home, sooner than we had thought. Comment: Our agent was Krista Toussaint who was great. We had very specific requirements of the house we were looking to purchase which took us months and months to find. Krista was never pressuring into any houses we saw, never complained when we wanted to go see another one of the many houses we viewed and was always very prompt and professional in her responses.There was a house we were putting a couple offers back and forth on which we did not get as the sellers did not accept our price. Krista never pressured us to offer more money so that she could get the commission and just kept on the hunt with us for another option.We did not sell our house and still own it and there was never any attitude or resentment from Krista that we did not sell and she still reaches out to us every once in a while to check up on us while never asking if we want to sell yet (which we wont be).The house we ended up buying was a multiple offer situation and our top offer was a little less than other potential buyer however the sellers ended up going with our offer on the sole fact that they liked dealing with Krista and did not want to deal with the other agents. If we had a different agent we would not have gotten the house we searched long and hard for.Overall I would have no issues or second thoughts to recommend Krista Toussaint to any friends, family or strangers. We will use her whenever we have any real estate needs in the future.

The listing process went seamlessly, starting with the strategy of establishing the price, input from Coreen (staging expert!) who added finishing touches, and the amazing work of the photographer and videographer, who produced very impressive marketing material. The Golfi Team has the process mastered – they will definitely make your home stand out! Listing a house during Covid was a bit disconcerting but once again, these guys had it covered and the Matterport 3D virtual tour is a huge benefit. The Golfi Team agents took the time to learn the ins and outs of our home prior to showing it to their clients, which I think speaks volume to their professionalism; and analytics updates from Brandon are definitely insightful. Jeff has the knowledge and patience to answer all (even the most ridiculous) questions; and when it came down to receiving offers, he worked diligently to get the offer we wanted, keeping us informed and involved throughout.
