Comment: Alexandra Anastasio is the most professional agent I have ever used. We liked her so much that she helped my daughter with her purchase and me with my sale and purchase. Alexandra is considerate of your time, listens to what you need and is an all around great agent. I will never use anyone else again. I had an ongoing issue with my buyer and she was on top of it at every turn until resolution. Other agents would have just deferred to the lawyer but not Alexandra. Comment: I was very satisfied with my experience buying a home in Staten Island. I worked with Christine Marshall who held my hand, metaphorically, throughout the process. I had just moved to SI from Rye in Westchester where I had lived for 17 years. I moved into a rental 2 months before the pandemic hit, causing me to feel lonely and overwhelmed. That and a fractured foot (8 bones!) made it difficult to view properties, but Christine came to my home and drove me around and treated me like a friend. I ended up buying a place a block from her childhood home.It gets better: Christine found friends to take my furniture from my old 1500 sq. foot home that wouldnt fit into my new bungalow. Her friends came and removed all the furniture and were grateful for it. I even provided them with king size bedding for their bed. It was mutually beneficial and it made me feel better about parting with my furniture. Im happy to recommend Christine Marshall as a real estate agent.
