Kris is very friendly and on top of everything there is to do with real estate, I honestly dont believe this man even rests! Comment: We worked with Loueen and she was amazing! Because she knew the area she was able to help us narrow down our choices of where we wanted to live. She was super patient and drove all over the Finger Lakes area with us over 3 days. When we finally put on offer in the house she was super instrumental in helping is obtain a Mortgage Broker and an Attorney. Being out of state buyers it was super important that we had all our ducks in a row. We closed on our house February 2020 right before the pandemic hit and Loueen made sure the house was secure until we could move in which was not until May.You cannot go wrong with Tompkins Cortland Real Estate, they are hard working, responsive and honest! Thank you for all the help Loueen and getting us to our dream house!
