Comment: I had to end my lease early due to challenges around the COVID pandemic and the property managers were very understanding and helpful during this time for me. I moved out around June 2020. August 2021, I get a call about some very personal items I left there (my birth certificate, social security card and bank card). I was certain that these items made it to the trash during my careless packing. To receive a call over a year later with the property’s willingness to mail my items to me was absolutely amazing. With all the time that passed, they could have easily trashed them and I would have never known. I am grateful to have my belongings back after all this time. Thank you! God bless!

My husband and I had a complicated situation with purchasing, Realtor.com connected me with Kelly Hardison-Lupus with town house realty and she is A-MAZ-ING! She was extremely helpful and guided us though every step of the process she even took us to houses and put in offers on properties we were unlikely to get. Kelly is the reason I got my dream home, she took a chance and brought us to a home I loved even with low chance of offer acceptance because her and I both say it doesnt hurt to try because it doesnt and were about to close on that very same house! She is very personable, friendly and helpful I dont just see her as an agent but also as a friend because she takes the time to build rapport.
