Comment: 5 stars is not enough. I need to have the offer for 10 and more stars because I was stuck in a difficult spot for finding a place. For the viewer that is reading this, searching through the web around Google or any search engine, If you happen to see Tronos Realty while searching for a place to live with holding onto any slim hope, please give them a call. Melani and George made the headache of finding a new place to live much more convenient. I wouldve been moved out since last year had I reached to Tronos Realty first. I tried going on my own for apartment hunting, I land a spot but theres no response or Im not selected. Or if I am, the other realtors will charge you a fee that might as well be put to Mortgage. As a first time Renter on my own, Tronos Realty guided me through the process. They made a rent price perfectly affordable, and double with a brokers fee that I can easily pay off.

When it was my turn to be attended I was given very realistic options and opportunities—through this company I was able to receive an amazing apartment at a reasonable price in less than 2 weeks along with my cooperation and attentiveness. The staff is very focused and very good with communication. As long as you have all your paperwork, money and other requirements you should be more than fine in finding the perfect place! I was able to speak with Melani and explain to her by when I was looking to move out. Melani was able to schedule a few apartment visits where I when to the location and looked at the apartments. Finally I saw the perfect apartment for me. I was very impressed with Melani by my 3 apartment visit, I was loving it , she knew exactly what I was looking for and what was my budget. At the time i was 5 to 6 months pregnant with babygirl on the way , working in Manhattan and living in NJ, (idk why in the hell i decided to move out there) however when i called Tronos Realty: Melani ~ they accommodated and offered the vacancies they had available, i was in desperate need of moving and on a time limit ,I was very open and honest in regards to my situation about moving. I needed a place where everything was convenient to get to, if it was to work, to a supermarket and even to find a sitter. Working with Tronos Realty and the sweetest woman Melani who understood everything i was going thru together they helped me find a place in no less than a month and from oct to november i was in the apartment i wanted.
