Comment: When we started thinking about selling our home, choosing Team Trugman was the best decision we could have made. Early on they guided us through every step in the process, starting with work we wanted to do to get the property ready for market and optimize the return on investment. They provided feedback and suggestions that put the property in the best position for sale. Working on an initial asking price they came up with a number that would maximize the foot traffic and put the property in a position for competitive bidding. Susan and Alan thoroughly understand the business and the market. Then helping us wade through the offers, they did their homework on each bidder to guide us to the one that involved the least risk and of course the best price.Selling a home is a stressful time and the knowledge and experience of Team Trugman made the process smooth, uncomplicated, and painless from start to finish. Comment: It was a pleasure to work with Susan and Alan when they sold my mother’s condo. I live 2 hours away from the condo, so I relied on them to do extra tasks that they willingly handled. They mail to me that erroneously made it into the mailbox and let the painter in do an estimate and the associated paint job. Susan was an excellent communicator, always keeping me aware of progress and issues. The sale went through smoothly. I would highly recommend Susan and Alan.

Comment: Selling my mothers townhouse could not have been easier thanks to Alan and Susan and the Trugman team. They were professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring - professional on the initial interview, knowledgeable of the market as they priced the property correctly, thorough in setting up the home for showings, and caring through the closing and final sale. The process took less than three months from start to finish and sold for $10,000.00 over our asking price.

We initially started with Susan, but transitioned to Alan since we knew wed be looking at properties in New Jersey and New York, and he is licensed in both. It was wonderful to not have to find a new agent in this instance. Alan made himself available at times that suited our schedule, answered every question we had, and worked seamlessly with the sellers contact to make our communications manageable.We had some unique challenges arise at closing, but Alan was a great help with guiding us through to a resolution, making our entire buying process adhere to the timeline we had envisioned.
