Comment: When I decided to sell my moms house in Middle Village I met with Chris. He prepared a very impressive and detailed portfolio with the property comps that were most recent. He was very thorough and answered all my questions patiently. I decided to list with him because he seemed very easy to work with, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. He understood my concerns about the house being vacant and respected them. He would reach out to me after viewings to let me know everything was ok with the house. He even offered to check on it for me periodically since I live more than an hour away. Once the house went into contract we had a minor issue with the appraisal of the house and Chris handled the situation extremely well. After the closing and after Chris collected his commission (which he split with the buyers agent) the buyer contacted him to let him know they found some of my personal items in the attic. Chris contacted me and even stored the items for me in his office so I may come and get them. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Chris. He proved himself to be not just very experienced and knowledgeable but a genuinely nice person and a true gentleman. I have used realtors twice before and Chris not only exceeded my expectations, he stands in a class of his own. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
