He was able to demonstrate that in our very first phone call, by giving us an overview about the recent trend of the real estate market, and the inventory status of the area. He also demonstrated that during the showings. Even though it was his first time seeing the unit, he could walk us through the details, including the material, structure, layout, facing and utility installations.Phil is also very patient and responsive to inquiries. We sometimes came up with conversations that went back and forth late in the night or last minute asks on scheduling visits, Phil was always there and able to get things sorted out as much as possible.Phil is honest and reliable. Comment: I met Mr. Philip A. Raices when I bought a medical office in the building he manages. He is a sincere, patient, kind, friendly, responsive, efficient, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman. As a long-term local resident himself, his knowledge of building regulations, local lifestyle, and the real estate market is second to none. Sometimes, the super of the building is not available. But he is always there for me. The building he manages is always in an impeccable condition, down to the arrangement of the recycling bins! He is always exploring new ways to improve the condition and value of the building, such as evaluating whether or not adding solar panels on the roof. I feel very lucky to have such a dedicated building manager! I’m looking forward to working with him for many more years!

Throughout my career as an attorney, I have known and conducted business with scores of brokers & their respective agencies. Unfortunately, in my experience, I have found that, as a general rule, real estate brokers tend to share the worst of those stereotypical characteristics that are ubiquitously associated with attorneys. Brokers are often money-hungry charlatans and swindlers, prioritizing their own bottom line high above the best economic interests of their clients. Phil defies this characterization without compromise. He conducts business honesty and with integrity. When my wife, my stepson, and I were searching for a new home, we couldn’t have been more fortunate to meet Phil. Phil was extremely diligent and thoughtful in terms of working with us in order to find a place to live, while helping to achieve our goals. Because of Phil, we are currently living in a space where we hope to spend the rest of our lives should circumstances permit. There is no question that Phil respects his profession with dignity, just as he inexorably cares for his clients’ interests above all else.
