Comment: I was apprehensive to invest in Rochester given that I live hours away and am not too familiar with the area. Comment: Mark Updegraff helped us with two home purchases; one in Tucson, AZ and one in Williamsport, PA. Both times he was instrumental in breaking down the fundamentals of the local market and illustrating the value through both broad and local trends. He helped us formulate a pro forma analysis of the properties, though we would be living there. Our first purchase is worth more than double what we paid for it with very modest improvements and we’ve kept it as a high cash flowing investment property for our retirement. Our second home will most likely be our forever home, and he helped settle our nerves purchasing an older Victorian. He was alway prompt and professional though he wouldn’t receive any compensation for his help. Mark is a hard working, 21st century real estate professional that is never too busy to help others. His passion for real estate is contagious and I would recommend his expertise to anyone that is involved in buying or selling of a home. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and without his advise I’m sure someone else would have ended up with both our homes.
