Comment: For me, the most important thing in choosing a real estate agent is trust. We trusted Chris and his staff to do right by us and they did. From the initial advice for listing price, walking us through the issues with home inspection (particularly the well), and advice in helping with choosing a title company for closing, they were there every step of the way.
