We ended up driving around in Long Island and ended up at another open house on Miller Ave. There I met Katherine from Vantage Realty and we exchanged numbers. Little did I know that she would connect me with Celeste on my home buying journey.Celeste is by far the BEST AGENT! I like to call her my Angel. A review is simply not enough to express how I truly feel about Celeste. As a first time home buyer , there were so many things that I didn’t know but Celeste took the time to explain the process to me. She is Kind, Genuine, Intelligent, motivated and very determined. She went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect starter Home. Her smile and bubbly personality could light up a whole room. I truly love her being so honest with me. I knew she had my best interest at heart and saved me some money.Even though my work schedule would get in the way, Celeste would always find a way to make sure that the search wouldn’t stop. There were even some houses we saw twice with my parents but she never complained and every time she would point out all the imperfections and made sure I didnt miss anything. Comment: Last summer due to an unfortunate set of circumstances I was forced to sell my home of almost 20 years.The whole process started out very nerve-racking and after interviewing a number of Realtors nobody really stood out or made me feel comfortable.A mutual friend recommended Daniel michaelman and his team at Vantage Realty. And after meeting with Daniel and his partners I could see why.They sat me down and went over every single step of the sales process from the appropriate pricing to small upgrades I could make to optimize my selling price to a realistic timeline. They also were very realistic with me and my expectations.I felt very good going with them and they were there every single step of the way answering my questions and calling me with updates regularly. And after just a few short weeks they had beautiful pictures taken of my home. They even had teams of people to do minor fixes on the house as well as clean the property for very good prices.We got multiple offers and Daniel and his partner Justin help go over all the details of each offer and recommend it to me which offer I should accept and why. I took their advice and within a few short months we were sitting at the closing table and I couldnt have been happier.I would absolutely recommend them to anybody else in my position and I wish I could give them more than five stars. Comment: Dan Nicole and Justin from Vantage Realty have been absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. I recently decided to sell a property and got a call from Vantage Realty Partners. After sitting down and seeing their game plan for getting the property sold I felt very comfortable with their strategy. Within a few days I had multiple offers and after the first open house just 4 days after the property was listed I accepted a cash offer $40,000 over what we asked. Within 2 months we closed and the process from beginning to end was Problem free. I will use them again anytime Im buying or selling a house and I would recommend them to anybody looking to do the same.

Comment: Katherine, Celeste and Justin did an amazing job with helping to sell my fathers house. This was a warn down and decrepit house that has been in foreclosure for over 6 years. Finally, the day came when I got that final auction notice stating the bank was going to sell the house; basically loosing that last possible money/asset my father left my siblings and myself before his passing shortly after Sandy. I was given offers from contractor’s willing to pay cash along with multiple agency’s with clients with similar offerings, but all with minimal offers. Overwhelmed with only have 8 weeks to sell my fathers house Katherine reached out to me explaining everything that was going on and how to go about it. Honestly, I didn’t trust them, the only reason I was in this mess was because I had to deal with contractor fraud “Alex A.” In the short of it they really worked hard to sell the house getting me offers from home buys a lot more than what’s I thought the property was worth. If it wasn’t for them I would have nothing. I trust them and after 4 months of the ups and downs of your typical home selling/buying experience they were always there always very responsive never left me hanging. When I was in the room during closing they were there giving me that comfort that I had someone I could trust with me. I will use them again, and I will refer them. It’s hard to find someone you can trust and after dealing with scammers for the last 10 years I thought this would be the same but these are good people.

Comment: Long story short, Daniel Michaelman and his partner Justin are the real deal.Daniel reached out to me after meeting him at Suffolk County surrogate court.He explained he was a realtor that primarily dealt with probated properties.After asking a lot of questions he explained despite my understanding that I could sell my inherited property before the process was complete..This was welcomed news, as my financial situation was less than great. Even my attorney didnt know about this.Daniel and his partner Justin helped me prepare and list the home...within a few days we had multiple offers and I accepted an offer much high then what we asked...Within 2 months everything closed smoothly. When I decided to sell my house I already had planned on using a close family friend as my agent. I had a conversation with Justin on the phone and decided to sit down hear him out. At our first sit down, his display of professionalism, mannerism, empathy for my situation, humanity, and expertise had such a positive effect on me, it was a no brainer to work with him. He told me his plan and strategy and gave me a rationale as to why he chooses to work this way. It made me that much more confident about selling my house. Though out this whole process of selling my house, Justin was always available via text and call, and never once made me feel as if I was a bother. Justina swerved all of my questions all the time and explained to me in a very teachable way the things I did not understand. Justin was early to every appointment we set to meet, and when it came down to take pictures, clean out the house, move furniture out etc., Justin volunteered on his own and physically helped me every step of the way. You find me one other real estate agent that will come help you haul heavy furniture out of your house and expect nothing in return… don’t worry I’ll wait. Justin was very friendly and generous to my family and I and above all he was very efficient. Justin got me multiple offers within a day of the open house with his efficient strategy. 2 days after the open house I accepted an offer and moved forward. Justin called me weekly to check in on me, give any update, and offer any help. After the house inspection there were a few things that needed to be done. Justin not only did some of these things for me, but provided me with people and resources that could get these things done for me at VERY AFFORDABLE prices. (Cleaning company’s, electricians, contractors, dumpsters, etc.) Justin was very personable as he remembered everything I told him about what was going on in my life and even remembered my favorite foods and drinks that we’ve spoke about. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience working with Justin and I highly recommend him if you’re looking to buy or sell your home.

Comment: I recently purchased and closed on a home where Justin represented the Seller. I also acted as my own closing attorney. My experience completing this transaction with Justin both as an attorney and a Buyer was above and beyond what most other realtors would do. Justin was diligent in obtaining information about the house that I needed, set up appointments for me to have estimates done for some work and even made the referral to contractors I am currently using. I have purchased and sold multiple properties in the past and used other realtors before meeting Justin and he truly outshines the others. In fact, based on our past experiences, we deliberately chose not to work with a realtor when purchasing our current home and am glad that we dealt directly with Justin as the Seller’s agent. From the start, he was more than accommodating when I requested a second showing for my parents and was gracious throughout. Comment: Justin was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He listed our rental home and sold it within six weeks. It could have closed sooner but our tenant was still occupying the home. He worked extremely hard setting up open houses, and sold it at the second one. I was impressed how respectful he was in regards to the tenant living in the home. He worked around his personal schedule and still got the job done. Justin is more than just a real estate broker. He really cared about us, the seller, and our buyers needs.
