Comment: When selling my co-op I researched realtors, and was informed by several people in my community that Vasilis is a highly respected realtor in Queens. Therefore, I contacted Vasilis to helped me sell my co-op. I couldnt be happier with the service he provided, as it was excellent. Vasilis, with his years of service in my area, is extremely knowledgeable about the market in Queens. He helped me evaluate my unit to determine what I needed to do to improve it for the buyer. I heeded his advice and am glad I did, as it lead to the sale. He priced the unit appropriately. And his team took excellent pictures of the unit, and marketed it well on his sales channels. As others have noted, the projected sale of the co-op is only step one. Step two is buyer submitting an application package that building management and the board will approve. Having served on the board, I’m aware that is an art in itself, as a poor application can be detrimental to buyer. Vasilis also excels at structuring a package. He worked with the buyer to submit a pristine application package to my board. To summarize, Vasilis value added is his extensive Queens market knowledge, his unit presentation, his sales skills, his marketing reach, and his ability to close a sale by making sure an application hits all the checkmarks a board is looking for. Comment: Vasilis helped me sell my childhood home. The process itself took over 1+year as we were using it as a rental property and were waiting for the tenants to move out. Throughout the whole process, Vasilis was patient and continued to check-in in regarding the progress of the tenants leaving the property. As the last tenant was almost completely moved out, we experienced an issue with the gas, and the gas ended up getting locked. Vasilis helped guide us through this process and how the locking of the gas would affect how we would list the property. Once the property was listed, Vasilis would, of his own accord, send me updates just to let me know he passed by the property and checked the inside every now and again (especially after the huge storm Ida brought to NYC). This was especially helpful since my brother and I do not live in the immediate area. We finally closed a couple of days ago, and I cannot emphasize enough how STRESS-FREE Vasilis made this process. His recommendation of the real-estate lawyer to help with the closing was also a fantastic recommendation. I highly recommend using Vasilis if youre looking to sell in Queens.
