Whenever you have a question, they will come with an answer within a short period of time. They always call you back when you leave a message. When there is an urgent fix needed, they will be here today or next day. I cant think of any negative experience with them. Great company to work with!

Everyone I had the pleasure of working with through the renting process was incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Erica specifically has been an absolute delight to work with. She’s efficient, friendly, and fiercely advocates for her tenants, acting as the perfect liaison between us and the owners. If an issue with the property ever arose she was both responsive and understanding.Additionally, maintenance was easy to schedule using the resident portal which I found very user friendly.It’s a refreshing experience to feel like a priority to a company that oversees multiple estates, and Veno Properties strikes that balance beautifully. Overall they have an excellent team of people that I would highly recommend to any renter. I really hope to rent from them again in the future!

During the Covid pandemic they worked with me after I was laid off and the owner sold the townhome I was in. They made sure I could move smoothly and with minimal stress, they showed compassion and kindness when many companies would not have. Erica V. has always been so friendly and responsive with any concern I have had, suggestion I have made or just general communication between us. The maintenance staff is always so respectful and takes the time to remember my dogs name and gives her lovin every time theyve had to come to the house, they are so considerate in every way when they do work here. I work from home and so they always take extra steps to be respectful of that. I have worked with many bad rental companies and Veno stands out as the best Ive come across, I could not recommend an rental agency more. Thank you guys for being rockstars!

The owners are a delightful husband and wife team that work together seamlessly to make sure everyone is satisfied. I decided, after moving out of state, to rent my home in Rexford, NY. There were no delays. Veno Properties carefully examined and documented the condition of the property and posted multiple photos online with an accurate description. They scrupulously screened all applicants to be sure they met their standards. My husband and I were immediately updated when there was interest. Then terms were considered. We were advised but never pressured. The choice was ours on details such as whether pets were to be allowed and what the added fee should be. Precise accountability via an online portal makes everything transparent from costs incurred to funds dispersed. Veno Properties’ service is amazing considering the low management fee. Never having to worry about repairs or maintenance is so freeing. What piece of mind! The tenant is happy and so are we. Working with Erica is easy and enjoyable because she is fun and relates so well. Thank you Veno Properties!
