Comment: Walter Greene first came to see our home during Covid. We were very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the area, however, we werent ready to sell at that point. Two years later, we were ready to sell and interviewed several realtors, but none of them struck a cord with us like Walter had. He came for the second time to assess our home; gave us expert tips on how the home should be shown, worked with us regarding selling price and gave us a step by step on what to expect. We had only ONE open house and received several offers - all above asking. Words to describe him would be cool, calm collected. We closed within 5 weeks of the open house. I have to say that with Walter at the helm, the selling process was easy, effortless and seamless. I would highly recommend Walter Greene if you are selling your home - I have already referred him to my neighbors and friends.

Comment: Walter was extremely professional and caring. Walter was always available to answer questions and was always available to take us to see any listings we asked. Walter was always honest and provided professional opinions on listings and never tried to push a sale which showed us he truly cares about his clients. Walter was equally as happy as we were that we found our dream home. I would recommend Walter to all of my family and friends he is the best!

Comment: Due to a promotion at work I was tasked with moving to an area I was completely unfamiliar with, quickly. My first agent explained to me it would be impossible to find a home for less than $1 million when I began my search. She was AWFUL. I found Walters info on a YouTube video as I researched the area. He took my wife and I on as clients and helped us find a great home within the necessary time frame. He basically dedicated himself to my wife and I fully over a short period of time and worked late to fill the gaps. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. He had professional photos of our home taken, vetted everyone before even showing the home, and advised us on things to consider when we were reviewing the multiple offers we received on our home.
