Comment: Both Cassandra and Bozena deserve a 5 star rating for the quality of the service they provide. After a series of bad experiences with different money driven real estate agencies, I never thought good honest people such as them would exist in this business where honesty is a rare commodity. Comment: In the Wild West of NYC Real Estate, Meagan Harvey is a straight shooter-- an honest, quick to the point, and deadly accurate broker. She fully absorbed and understood the details with which I provided her when I began my apartment hunt. And each of the places that she showed me fit those details exactly. She was kind enough not to waste our time with apartments that were a stretch of the imagination. No tricks. No smart talk. Just straight forward and delightful conversation about real options. I honestly could have lived in any of the listings that she showed me, which brings me to my final point. Meagan is wise enough to know that the actual hunting for an apartment is truly the first memory of a new home; and therefore, it should be an enjoyable one. At every turn, she was invariably lovely and kept me assured that this experience need not be a stressful one. I now live in an apartment in East Village that I love; and for that, I will always be grateful.
