Comment: We selected Joe Giuliano as our realtor to sell our home in Penfield, and he exceeded our expectations. He first recommended a landscaper, who did an excellent job of beautifying our front and back yard areas. He also brought in Georgiana Zicari for staging and design. She made the interior layout of our home more appealing to prospective buyers using many of our own furniture pieces and simply moving them to another room. Since this involved the relocation of furniture, we are thankful that Joe and his son came to our home and helped us move the furniture. Joe then brought in a photographer who took amazing photos of the interior of our home and utilized a drone to take great aerial shots of the exterior. Joe sponsored a two-day open house, which was well attended. As a result, we received many offers. Joe met with us to share the top four bids, with the highest offer exceeding the asking price by $80,000. Needless to say, we highly recommend Joe as a realtor.

This would be from houses his list would provide us with and then other ones I would just go online and find as they were out of our initial scope.
