Our relationship goes way back in 2015-16, when I first met Amy and Carmela for my 1st NYC rental, who knew by 2021-22 I would eventually Buy a House in the same neighborhood. Both Amy and Carmela bent over backward to make me successful FIRST TIME HOME BUYER. There were lot of times when i was doubting my decision and needed that friendly sounding board to just LISTEN.. I found it here. I feel truly blessed to buy the very first home that I randomly checked out late September last year. I felt like I was working with my best friends rather than a real estate agents :)Right from eligibility to buy NYC home during uncertain market conditions to getting pre-approval, selecting the right bank, dealing with attorneys, home inspection, dos & donts and possible traps for home buyers - they even recommended handy man to get my home fixed up for moving in - Welcome Home was right there with me all the way. Comment: Really cant say enough good things about Amy and Welcome Home. We bought our house through them over 20 years ago and, when it was time to sell, I knew I would go back. Amy lives in and is committed to the neighborhood, as are most of her brokers. They really know the market. I felt well-counseled about pricing. My house sold after a week with multiple offers. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome!My sale had some complications - I live out of the country and my house was rented. There is a massive construction project about to happen directly behind it. Any of these could have been a problem but Amy was so responsive and helpful that things went very smoothly. She truly went above and beyond!Highly recommend.
