Comment: “EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS”Mark along with his assistant, Danielle exceeded any expectation I could’ve had at the beginning of this process. They were hands-on with every aspect of the sale from inspections to certifications to septic installations. There were also unrelated aspects of this process which they handled as a courtesy and without hesitation. To say that I am more than satisfied is an understatement. Comment: I’ve been working with Mark and his team for over 11 years now. He helped us purchase our 1st home. As 1st time buyers we were clueless about the process Mark and his team walked us through everything flawlessly and took the time as I can be a pain and 1st time purchasing can be an exciting but scary time . The comfort I gained with the entire team had us as returning clients when we out grew our starter home. This past November Mark didn’t just take the time to show me the same house 3 separate times (again I am a pain client) but he also took the time to call the other listing agent when we visited a home that had a sump pump failed as he was scooping water out of the basement to alert them. He didn’t have to do that and it showed his integrity. He always would answer my questions (I always have a lot questions) and made me feel better about the process. If he didn’t answer my call because he was at a showing he would message me or have someone from his office reach out. He will always be my 1st go to when I have any real estate needs and the only person I recommend when people ask who to go to!

Comment: Due to some health issues, my house was becoming a bit too much for me to care for. I decided to test the waters, given my concern about the very high mortgage rates recently. I called Mark and asked for his assessment. He quickly completed an extensive evaluation of recent sales and determined a reasonable price point and sales and marketing strategy. Given that it was mid Autumn, and rates were peaking I assumed the house would be on the market a few months. At this point Danielle reached out to explain the process, discuss showing options, and basically to reassure me she would be handling the nuts and bolts of the sale. She impressed me with her professionalism and her friendly and kind nature. To my amazement, within 4 days I received two offers, one considerably above the asking price, which I accepted. The next 4 weeks were filled with inspections and a flurry of activities all aimed at closing the sale in as easy a manner as possible - no small task. But with Danielle’s patience and expertise, and a welcomed sense of humor, everything fell into place in a timely and considerate manner. To be fair, my house, property and its location facilitated the outcome. However, Mark’s listing, price and marketing efforts certainly overcame any current market challenges. And honestly Danielle’s reassuring navigation and attention to every detail made the entire demanding process not only minimally stressful, but a pleasure. To say she went above and beyond is an utter understatement. Judging from other ratings here, seems my experience was not an outlier but a reflection of the exceptional service provided by Werner Realty!
