Over the course of four Saturdays we looked at 24 houses In about 10 different communities before finding one that we love.As we followed him in our car, William would call us, pointing out particular characteristics and highlights Of the towns we were driving through. He always had a great recommendation for a place to get lunch and lots of enthusiasm for looking at the houses.He helped us focus on noticing the things we could change versus the things we could not change about a particular property and thinking about the importance of that. He gave us great advice; we never felt pushed; he was available all the time; and he was just exactly what you would hope for in a realtor. He has a great sense of humor and is extremely kind to boot.Do yourself a favor and work with him. If you do, the process of looking for a house will be as rewarding as finding a house!

Comment: Lately we’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of Realtors in the process of buying and selling homes and land, and we have to say that Will is the best Realtor that perhaps we have ever retained. Glowing reviews typically observe that they can’t say enough good things about the person or service that they are reviewing, but in this case the cliché is absolutely true.We were searching for a home to relocate to from 2,000 miles away. This distance factor made the process cumbersome and sometimes stressful for us, but Will always maintained a good sense of humor and a sunny outlook, took it all in stride, and kept us calm. He was always gracious and willing to preview homes with us via FaceTime. He was (and is) personable, always patient, courteous, professional, thorough, responsive, gave wise and insightful advice, and early on in the process we came to feel that he was a good friend of ours.When we finally found a home that my wife really loved but about which I was a bit hesitant, rather than trying to close us on the deal Will took pains to inquire about my concerns, discussed them, and made it clear that if I wasn’t comfortable with the property he wouldn’t be comfortable proceeding with the endeavor. This sincere personal interest in and concern for client satisfaction over and above one’s own financial interest was so much appreciated, and resulted in a resolution which ultimately enabled a successful home purchase.After that, Will walked us through the process in a very understanding way, and was always available whenever we needed him— and believe me, he had to do a lot of hand-holding!Finally, a telling anecdote: one of the features that we wanted included with whatever home we purchased was some land. At the time we found it, there was still some snow on the ground and to access the view from the land it was necessary to clamber up a high and fairly steep (and slippery) slope. Will wasted no time suggesting we climb up even though he happened to be wearing sub-optimal footwear for such an adventure. This incident cemented our view that Will was definitely an above-and-beyond Realtor… and person.And yet despite all the foregoing, words still can’t say enough. It will have to suffice to say thank you, Will, for everything and not the least for being a great friend.

She was flexible with our crazy work schedules, taking time on Saturdays, Sundays or after conventional work hours on weekdays.
