Comment: Will was suggested from friends as a reliable realtor when we were on the market for a vacation home in Vermont. I cant say enough about how big of a help hes been.Starting with his huge knowledge of building construction, which helped us keep blemishes in perspective while focusing on actual problems, to being available on short notice to meet and check places in all central Vermont, to introducing us to a bunch of people including our mortgage agent and our closing attorney. Comment: Will was fantastic to deal with buying our house. He was the sellers agent, and though had her best interest in mind, he was still outstanding to work with at every step of buying the house. He even recommended a mortgage company that had us preapproved within hours on a SUNDAY so we could make an offer on the house the following day! He was very responsive, whether it was a phone call or a text message and made his schedule work to show us the house on a Sunday as well. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor buying or selling!

Comment: I got my truck stuck in a snowy ditch in the mountains outside of Granville. after running all the way into town and asking everyone I saw for help, William offered to take me back to my truck and then inch me out in the dark. it took almost 2 hours and was a lot of work but i am so grateful for this man. if you are looking for an honest hard working guy to go above and beyond to help you with anything you need look no further.

He’s knowledgeable, very responsive, clear in communication, professional, and also just fun to talk to.He was great to work with during the entire process. The first time we spoke, I had so many questions about possibilities, costs, timeline, house vs. land, and more. Will painted a clear picture of purchasing and developing land, land vs. home, broad ways to think about cost, and ideas that might help my long range plan. He personally gives a tour of properties to clients- ours lasted for 9 hours!- and it really helped me clarify where I wanted to be and what type of property I wanted.I ultimately purchased a parcel of land.
