Comment: Pam Williams and Yaman Real Estate asked us to write a few words about our experience purchasing our home, so here it is. We began our journey of homebuying almost 2 years ago with Pam. With the market being as tough as it has been, it was very hard even finding anything that would work however, Pam really did a great job with keeping expectations reasonable, always finding properties to show us and keeping the whole vibe positive and fun. So after looking at house after house after house, we couldn’t find anything that fit our needs. One evening Pam called us and said she had a house that she was trying to sell the year prior. It didn’t sell and the owners took it off the market however, they still wanted to sell it and she wanted to know if we wanted to go take a look at it. We were super excited and looked at the house and this is the house that we ended up purchasing. This was our first time ever buying a home so we were nervous,scared, and had no clue we were doing. I am convinced without Pam’s help, we would still be looking for a home. She was available to us anytime day or night. Showed us properties anytime, day or night, and was really there for us every single step of the way. We are overjoyed with our purchase and our entire experience with Pam Williams. We will never recommend anyone else to any of our family or friends. As long as Pam is in real estate she has our business. Thank you Yaman Real Estate for employing such a great group of real estate agents, and especially Pam Williams.

In fact, she was often more knowledgable than representatives from other institutions involved in the purchase. I dont think we would have been able to move into a place we liked on our timeline without Nicki.

Not only did she answer all my questions, she followed up with all involved parties involved, she came over and collected items to take to the donation center, and she coordinated to make sure I could complete my part to close and not have to miss out on my vacation. Comment: Jamie did call me and make this right;Our house is for sale obviously and we have no problem showing the house. We were told to make sure someone was home with the dogs for todays 4:45 showing. No problem at all, however, whatever woman that “showed the house” was extremely unprofessional and I do not want her in my house again. Telling me what my husband and I need to do with our dogs, how they’re not supposed to be here. I pay my rent and in fact, I’m a month ahead on rent. No one is going to walk into my house and tell me what to do. I do not want that woman in this house again or it’s going to be an issue. Never have we had such a disrespectful so called real estate agent in this house and never will it happen again.

Comment: Do you know what it means to tell your realtor that you are a quilter? It means you need a very large space to store all the fabric, threads, sewing machines, and unfinished projects that you have collected over the years. Add to that...a person who also lives with you confined to a wheelchair...needing extra space for chairs and doorways, bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchens that allow maneuvering around. Oh and dont forget the limited budget on top of that! We managed to find the most incredible and patient realtor in Jeff Guida! He was honest, funny, patient and extremely helpful. Somehow he saw what we needed as soon as we explained it and he would be up front with us immediately about whether a home would fit in our situation. That was a few years ago. Our situation is changing and we are needing to move to a place closer to hospitals...without hesitation, I will choose Yaman again to sell my home and Jeff Guida is my guy! I dont think anyone can understand how important it is for a person with a disability to be able to function in their living space, but Jeff got it! He can help you with any situation you have, he is that good! If he has put his trust in Yaman real Estate, you can too! Im guessing he wouldnt work somewhere without integrity. So call them!
