Rich walked us though every aspect of purchasing a home and took the time to make sure we understood all of the details. Rich was very attentive and available any time we needed him, even setting up showings on the same day. He was very transparent throughout the entire process and was very honest if he thought a house may not be a good deal for us which we really appreciated. He helped us to navigate a crazy market with much more demand than supply which resulted in us coming away extremely satisfied with what we got. I would recommend Rich and his team to anyone.
