He answered numerous phone calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner, even when I had a tendency to ask some very basic questions about the home buying process.He knows the Westchester area better than any other agent I have spoken to, and was able to find us the perfect home that met all of our expectations.In addition to knowing the area Arif was able to skillfully negotiate the asking price of the home we purchased to get the seller to agree to a price that was well under ask. This is especially impressive since most homes are currently being sold for well above ask.He was more than willing to guide us through the entire process even after we were in contract. He had recommendations for a mortgage broker, home insurance, inspector and a lawyer to use for closing and all of his recommendations did an excellent job and truly made the process easy for us.I have recommended Arif and Besmatch Real Estate to everyone I know, regardless of if they are in the market for a home currently, I cannot say enough good things about my experience.

He involves us in every aspect of the process no matter how simple and make sure we understand. Hes very responsive. Comment: Arif is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled real estate agent. As first time homebuyers, Arif held our hands as we searched, found and purchased our dream home in Mount Kisco, NY. He walked us through the entire process and answered all of our many many questions. Not only does he know Westchester like the back of his hand he also has trusted relationships with inspectors, lawyers, mortgage lenders, and everyone else in the business which he was happy to connect us to.After showing us several homes we found one that checked all of our boxes - old world charm, 3,000+ square feet, level private property, walking distance to town and the train, and a detached apartment. He got us an early showing so we were able to see the home prior to the open house. Comment: Being a Real Estate Agent for 25+ years and currently living and working in New Jersey, I interviewed three of the top Real Estate companies in the Bronx to sell my fathers house . I selected Besmatch because even before I hired them, Arif Baksh was giving me excellant tips on what to do or not to do on putting the house up for sale. I felt comfortable with his opinion on what price to sell the house and he even recommended to list it at 50k more that the other two Real Estate companies recommended and they sold it for full price!
