I had a property that I recently wanted to sell. Not having dabbled in real estate in years, I had lost my bearings. I was recommended to Mr. Saddler by a friend of the family, who gave me a glowing report on him as well. Mr. Saddler responded to my phone call immediately. He was understanding, knowledgeable, attentive, and, most importantly, easy to talk to, and he did not push any high-pressure tactics. That went a long way for me. I explained what and how I wanted things done, and he gave me honest feedback that helped me manage my expectations given todays real estate climate.Once the specifics and easy-to-read contracts had been ironed out, Mr. Saddler began listing and advertising the property.
