When we finally decided to sell our house in Deer Park, NY, even though we interviewed a couple of other brokers, we decided to work with Rahul from Team Jaggi due to their expertise in house flipping and marketing! When we finally listed our house on the market we had a couple of offers on our home within the first week! The work didnt stop then, because the price we sold the house at, the price did not appraise. Along the process, we dealt a couple of hiccups in negotiations during inspection and signing contract. Every time RAJ/Rahul(his son) was there to find a solution.
