Comment: Isaac is the man! Moving in NYC is one of the most miserable experiences and our time with Yup couldn’t have been more easy. The application process (usually the worst part imo) is all online and super simple/quick to fill out. Isaac was incredibly communicative and supportive through the whole apartment search. He even made himself available to answer some questions and offer guidance AFTER the move, when most realtors would sign off from the job. Cannot recommend Yup enough!

I was able to view the unit I was interested in almost immediately, and he made arrangements to help make things move along quickly. Upon completing my viewing of the unit, I received a phone call when I was down the block letting me know that there were some details I might have missed. The agent brought me back to see the roof and laundry room, and he even suggested I stay until the train went by to see how loud it would be in the apartment. These details helped provide a peace of mind that I would have forgotten to notice the first time around. Application review and signing were also both quick & easy.
