Comment: We worked with Zere Real Estate and in particular Michelle Zere, to sell our office condominium in Islandia over the last year and a half. As anyone reading this will know, these are unprecedented times. We selected Zere after an unsuccessful arrangement with a large, national firm because we wanted a more personal touch. Michelle and her team provided that. There were challenges with our unit as we bought near the peak of the market and our property taxes were higher than our neighbors. Michelle was always helpful and willing to make suggestions on how to make our property look the best and return the most value to us. As the health requirements changed, she changed and adapted. She listed our property in multiple places and spread the word not just to potential buyers but also to brokers. She went so far as to use a drone to take video of our property and post it. Ultimately our buyer came not through a public listing but through a personal contact of hers. The Zere network is considerable, and it paid off. I would use Zere again to buy and sell properties.
