She fully understood what I was looking for in a home. She full incourage me to not settle for less than I what I looking for. I had time to look and not rush this huge purchase for my life. She also taught me many things I was unaware of, do to this being my first purchase of a home. She never made me fill like I was taking up her time. He had just passed away and our family had NO IDEA of the value of the home and property. My siblings and I all live at least a few hours away and did not know of any Realtors in the area.I googled Bradford, PA Realtors and found Zimmerman Realty, LLC. I am glad I did!Michelle gave us a comp of the property and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Market.We had an interested buyer and were going to sell privately. When that fell through, Michelle stepped in and took the reins.She was very confident, helpful and accommodating of our situation (not living in town and needing to do some of the tasks via electronic applications, whatever was most helpful to us).Michelle gave us options and let us make choices we were comfortable with. She did not try to sway us in any way, she gave all options and pros and cons for them, helping the decision process go smoothly.She was very accessible and returned phone/email inquiries as soon as she received them. Very impressive.Her instincts were correct and the property sold within a month of listing!If I were to ever need a Realtor in the area again, I would DEFINITELY use Zimmerman Realty, LLC again.
